Terms of Service

A plain-language overview of account, workspace, billing, use, and customer-data responsibilities.

Last updated · June 15, 2026 · subject to signed agreement terms

01

Agreement

These terms summarize the baseline conditions for using EvenTier. If your organization has a signed order form, data-processing agreement, security addendum, or self-hosted license agreement, those signed documents control where they conflict with this public summary.

EvenTier is provided for business use by organizations managing internal service workflows.

02

Accounts and Administration

Customer administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, configuring authentication, enabling integrations, managing billing, and controlling workspace content.

Users must keep credentials secure, comply with organization policies, and use the product only for authorized business purposes.

03

Acceptable Use

Do not use EvenTier to violate law, compromise security, send abusive content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or upload malicious files.

EvenTier may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, other customers, or the customer's own workspace.

04

Billing and Trials

New SaaS workspaces start with a 14-day full-product trial of the Standard plan. Workspaces with 3 or fewer agents at the end of the trial roll onto the Free plan automatically; larger workspaces continue on Standard. Paid plans are billed by active agent seats. Requesters and requests are not billed as seats.

Standard includes every SaaS product feature. Audit retention beyond 30 days and AI token allowance above 1M / month are available as flat-priced add-ons. Self-hosted deployment requires an enterprise contract, starting at $20 per agent per month with a 20-agent minimum and billed annually under a signed license.

05

Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their workspace data. EvenTier processes customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the product and to meet contractual obligations.

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content they submit, including request details, attachments, knowledge articles, and integration payloads.

06

Availability and Changes

EvenTier may update the product, documentation, security controls, pricing pages, integrations, and support processes over time. Material contractual commitments are governed by the applicable agreement.

Preview, beta, or roadmap references should not be treated as guaranteed future deliverables unless they appear in a signed order form.

07

Warranty and Liability

EvenTier is provided under the warranties, disclaimers, and liability limits stated in the applicable customer agreement. This website summary does not expand those obligations.

Need contractual detail or a signed addendum?

This summary is the public reference. Customers on annual agreements get the signed customer agreement, DPA, security addendum, and order form through their account team.
