Migration from Zendesk

Connect your Zendesk and pull ticket history and Help Center articles straight in. Original timestamps, requesters, tags, and public versus internal notes are preserved. Try a ten-ticket sample first, then run the full import, and sync new and updated tickets at cutover.

Choosing between EvenTier and Zendesk

Zendesk's Suite Team plan lists around $55/agent/mo and does not include SSO, SCIM, custom roles, or audit log; those sit on Suite Enterprise at roughly $169/agent/mo (approximate published list pricing as of July 2026, confirm with Zendesk). For an internal helpdesk, weigh whether those governance features push you to the higher tier. On EvenTier they are on every paid plan.

Every paid SaaS plan includes SSO, SCIM, custom roles, audit log, SLA, approvals, and managed AI assist. Enterprise contracts can add self-hosted deployment with your own AI provider. Zendesk remains the stronger choice for high-volume external customer support and marketplace depth.
