Choosing between EvenTier and Freshdesk

Freshdesk's Growth plan (around $15/agent/mo) does not include SSO and most governance features; those sit on Pro (about $49/agent/mo) and Enterprise (about $79+/agent/mo). Freddy AI is a separate per-agent add-on. Those are approximate published list prices as of July 2026, confirm with Freshdesk. Note the $49 figure is Freshdesk's Pro tier, which is a coincidence with EvenTier's flat $49 rate; the difference is that EvenTier's includes every feature and AI.

Where EvenTier fits

One per-agent SaaS rate. SSO, SCIM, custom roles, audit log, SLA, approvals, and AI are on every paid plan. Enterprise contracts can add self-hosted deployment. Freshdesk keeps the edge on marketplace breadth and its longer track record; EvenTier's edge is that governance features do not move you up a SaaS tier.
